    Joe came very highly recommended and met our high expectations. We considered several brokers and interviewed three, discussing comprehensively their assessment of the property, their suggestions to make it more competitive in the market, their proposal on price, and marketing strategy. Joe clearly was more prepared on every aspect of that interview, made insightful suggestions on maximizing the appeal of the property but also, on several points, pulled us back from spending money where it wouldn't have paid back in terms of sales price. Throughout the lead-up to formally listing the property, we leveraged Joe's extensive network of contractors for minor home repairs / improvements (eg painter) which he arranged and supervised as we were living out of state. From start to finish, Joe's performance as selling agent was top drawer, among the best we have experienced (and we have bought/sold many properties at all different price levels through the years). Strongly recommend.

    Joe is just the best. If you hire him, listen to him. He doesn't miss and he will tell you the truth. Our house sold on the first day and we were extremely happy with our offer. He has supported us time and time again. Saying that someone goes above and beyond seems so cliche, but it's just what he does and he does it with grace. He's our favorite realtor and how a great friend.

    Long story short, I have been completely spoiled by Joe Vitale. I've bought six homes over the years and, of course, sold five. Joe handled my last two sales and and purchases. Joe treated me with respect. He paid attention to what I wanted/needed and he met those needs. He has excellent communication and follow-through. Joe is highly intelligent and highly ethical. He is honest and forthright. He put my interests first, and was truly a buyer's or seller's agent. Joe's many years of experience clearly give him a corresponding knowledge of all phases of what can be a very complicated process and network of entities involved in buying/selling. My last purchase was abnormally complex but he handled it perfectly. You simply don't know what a real estate agent can be capable of until you work with Joe Vitale.
