He was was patient and helped us look for houses remotely after we were unable to find something that we wanted to offer on in person. He took the time to answer phone calls at all times of day and was very fast to follow up with specific needs and questions. John knows that area well and I am currently recommending him over several other agents we worked with to friends who are also looking to buy in the area. I had an extremely busy schedule with work leading up to closing and John was able to make the process very stress free. I felt like everything was straight forward and easy to understand while working with John. We felt like other agents didn't have the experience to negotiate complicated deals at a time when so many people were buying properties sight unseen above asking price.
