John knows the area so well and has recommended companies to me, I already have used one to replace the roof. I immediately liked John he has a great personality and contagious laugh! He was always willing to run out to a property to get firsthand details and pictures to help me evaluate if it was worth the 4.5 hr drive to come up and see if the property was worth a detailed look. Through the process, John has become a life long friend and the kind of individual that I am proud to have on my team. He deserves a "life time" achievement award for all the work he has put in over the years.
