I found John Bortz to be professional and friendly at all time. He listened to my needs and wants and had the solutions for what they were. I always felt he was working for me and in my best interest at all times. He and his wife put a lot of effort in making my house presentable to the buyers and went out of there way to provide a video for the buyer to see prior to the onsite inspection which in the end, I believe, provided me with a sales agreement as the location of the house was off the usual beaten path. I will use John again when the need arises and will definitely recommend him to my friends and even my enemies.

1 1/2 yrs before we decided to buy we went into the office and met with John Bortz. He was extremely friendly, and most important to us he was honest. We had told him what we wanted, and he gave us such great advice, different options to think about, and even had people to refer us to with various aspects of our home buying. He gave us every confidence in what home we would pick, he pointed out what was good about the home, as well as what wasn't. He let us know in words and action that he wasn't just about the money, but finding a home for our family to grow in that would best fit our needs. The home he helped us find is truly a dream! It's perfect for our little family, and I couldn't have imagined a better place for our children to grow up in. John was key in finding our home, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone ever looking to buy! He will absolutely find the right home for someone, and not just get frustrated, or give up, or try to find the most expensive home, or what benefits him, he is looking to find what is best for his buyer and their needs. He truly has the buyers best interest in mind! Home buying was a very difficult process, especially when your husband works 10 to 16 hour days, and your a disabled first time mom with a growing active baby. John made this entire process super easy for us! We were able to come to the office with our son during days or times that worked for my husbands schedule, and then also able to sign paperwork online for the times we couldn't come into the office or for a quick needed signature. John was awesome about explaining everything, which was massively important to us, especially being first time home buyers. He is just above and beyond a fantastic realtor, better than anyone I could have imagined to help us find our perfect home. I can't express enough how much I would recommend him to ANYONE! Home buying is stressful, and terrifying, but he made the experience wonderful, and helped us to find a home that fit our needs and then some. John Bortz is absolutely wonderful!

John is a great person to meet and assist you in your RE needs, He knows the area, knows the competition, knows the market and manages your expectations. He simply delivers and keeps you posted throughout the process. You are not promised the moon and the sun - you are given facts. He is also a fun person to know - this helps in what could be a nerve wracking process depending upon your situation. Try John - you won't regret it.

I would recommend John mainly because of his experience, honesty and integrity. He does everything by the book and ties up all loose ends. Our sale/escrow was as smooth as it possibly could be. John also possesses a very broad knowledge of the area and what is going on in the real estate world at any given time. John also has the a ability to grasp his clients needs.
