Buyer reviewJohn is fantastic to work with, plain and simple. We had the pleasure of selling our home through him, and purchasing our home with him as well. John knows the areas we wanted to move, he knows the pros and cons of it all. John was able to know what the right price to offer was for our house, and John knew what would and wouldnt be expectations during negotiations. During the process John was always keeping me informed, he was fantastic at it. And his 'team' of people to suggest working with did a fantastic job. John has spent years perfecting his craft, and he really does know it, and does an amazing job. I would use John again in a heartbeat, as he has helped me purchase 2 homes and sell 1.

Buyer reviewJohn was recommended to me from a close family member. The family member had stated high reviews on his knowledge about each property and professionalism while showing homes. As a first time home buyer, John showed me exactly what to look out for when looking at new homes. He was able to take what I liked and did not like about each house to find one that better fits my needs in relation to structural detail, location, and price. Throughout the contracts and closing processes he explained everything well and made sure I understood each step to each process. Over all I believe John was an amazing relator and I will be recommending him to friends and family.

Seller reviewit was vital to me that the property be priced correctly. I didn't want to hear any pie-in-the-sky prices. That does not sell a home in a reasonable amount of time. Not having been involved in the sale of a home since 2006 and this being my only experience as the executor of an estate, John explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what was needed. John was superb! He clearly explained everything and calmed my anxieties.
