Seller reviewMr. Kmiecik met with us when we decided to sell our family home. He came prepared with comparisons of other homes which were on the market, or recently sold, in our area. He made recommendations to improve the marketability of our home to prospective buyers. Once improvements were made, he did a follow-up estimation of our home's market value. We placed the house on the market on a Wednesday afternoon. We had showings as early as Thursday morning, resulting in several offers. We firmly believe that his expertise and pricing knowledge provided the quick sale we were looking for. Throughout the process, John was ALWAYS on-time for appointments, professional, and had great communication with us. He offered important information about the entire process of completing our home sale, including recommendations on the handling of utilities and insurance. John was way very hetlpful on telling me what needed to be done before I put my house up for sale. He was very instrumental on my house selling in 2 days. No need for an open house.
