Buyer reviewThis purchase involved a lot of special circumstances as we are presently living in Germany. John had to be involved in every aspect of this sale, and went above and beyond what is normally expected. His willingness to do whatever had to be done to bring a successful conclusion was integral to the process. He is personable and professional and above all honest and reliable. I would happily recommend him to anyone who asks for a reference. Logistically this was a difficult situation with many special needs and John kept everything in balance and dealt with each challenge in an efficient and timely manner. I would definitely recommend John to anybody needing a knowledgeable and understanding realtor who will work with them every step of the way to insure the success of their home search. Seller reviewafter speaking with john on the phone i made an appointment for him to view property. he was on time and i immediately liked his composure and his warm greeting. we discussed my wants and needs and that i lived out of the country and this for me would be long distance. he assured me that he could be my representative and it turned out he was.
