I have health issues so its very hard for me to drive the two hour each way trip to see these properties and walk through them I had to cancel many appointments john never stopped helping me he also treated me with concern and care I ended up buying low priced property but john fox treated me with the same care he would treat a person buying a $ million dollar home ill will refer john fox to every person I know and will only buy or sell with john fox. that's how I feel about john thanks jimmy cushwa

This purchase involved a lot of special circumstances as we are presently living in Germany. John had to be involved in every aspect of this sale, and went above and beyond what is normally expected. His willingness to do whatever had to be done to bring a successful conclusion was integral to the process. He is personable and professional and above all honest and reliable. Timely communications were most important to us, given our eagerness to a quick settlement/closing. John made us feel as though we were his only clients, getting back to us within the hour every time. We were very pleased with John in his expertise, and his knowledge. It was very useful to us, being first time home buyers. Rarely did we have to ask John to explain anything, as he would take it upon himself.

We contacted John with very short notice to look at houses on the market.. Actually, the day before we were supposed to look at houses, we added 6 new locations. We seen them all the next day without any issues.

We found the house we loved, and John negotiated a very far price for us. Settlement took no more than 15 minutes, and the keys were in our hand.

It was a pleasure having John work with us, and I conclude by giving him a high recommendation to first time buyers.

When I met with John Fox for the first time, I knew that he was sincerely going to do his best to help me sell our house. He knew exactly what needed to be done when it came to selling our house. Since it was a short sale, it wasn't the easiest sale, nor is it usually the most profitable for the agent. John went the distance for us. It didn't matter; he still treated us like we were important to him. I had my doubts that this would end well. Yet, John always encouraged us not to give up.

He was also fantastic that he could explain terminology in the simplest of terms, that someone who is not involved in real estate transactions could understand.
