When I met with John Fox for the first time, I knew that he was sincerely going to do his best to help me sell our house. He knew exactly what needed to be done when it came to selling our house. Since it was a short sale, it wasn't the easiest sale, nor is it usually the most profitable for the agent. John went the distance for us. It didn't matter; he still treated us like we were important to him. I had my doubts that this would end well. Yet, John always encouraged us not to give up.
He was also fantastic that he could explain terminology in the simplest of terms, that someone who is not involved in real estate transactions could understand.
