John made us feel as though we were his only clients, getting back to us within the hour every time. We were very pleased with John in his expertise, and his knowledge. It was very useful to us, being first time home buyers. Rarely did we have to ask John to explain anything, as he would take it upon himself. We contacted John with very short notice to look at houses on the market.. Actually, the day before we were supposed to look at houses, we added 6 new locations. We seen them all the next day without any issues. We found the house we loved, and John negotiated a very far price for us. Settlement took no more than 15 minutes, and the keys were in our hand. It was a pleasure having John work with us, and I conclude by giving him a high recommendation to first time buyers.

Seller reviewWhen I met with John Fox for the first time, I knew that he was sincerely going to do his best to help me sell our house. He knew exactly what needed to be done when it came to selling our house. Since it was a short sale, it wasn't the easiest sale, nor is it usually the most profitable for the agent. John went the distance for us. It didn't matter; he still treated us like we were important to him. I had my doubts that this would end well. Yet, John always encouraged us not to give up. He was also fantastic that he could explain terminology in the simplest of terms, that someone who is not involved in real estate transactions could understand. I have already begun to recommend John to our friends who are beginning to talk retirement and relocating.
