John helped me out by identifying contractors to perform repairs according to my time line with outstanding quality. When buyer experienced finance issues, John was sure to provide me with correct advice and his communications/advice throughout this contentious period were extremely helpful

John was very respectful and respectful of my schedule for the purchase of this home. I only had a few days to house shop in person. He organized helpful listings in the area and set up viewings considering the lengthy travel I had to get to Leonardtown. While showing houses his advice was greatly appreciated and made me feel like a valued client.
