A few years ago, he assisted me with an appraisal of my home and provided honest, knowledgeable guidance on whether it was the right time to sell. John's deep understanding of St. Mary's County, particularly the Hollywood area, comes from his long-standing community involvement and service. Communication was never an issue - he consistently responded to emails, texts, and calls promptly, even while traveling. His professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Seller reviewWe started working with John in 2020. He came to our residence and was very professional and gave us a lot of info on the sellers market back then. Unfortunately due to situations on our end, no fault of John's at all. We had to pull back and keep our house. Fast forward 5 years, I called John he remembered us and it was like we didnt skip a beat. He got our house on the market and nomore then 24hrs it was sold. I will definitely be going back to John when we either buy another home or sell. Great experience and he give you space and time to think and gather your thoughts. Highly recommend.
