Approximately 28 years ago we purchased a home from a realtor that worked for Century 21 and had a horrible situation and when we went to closing, Jody was Brooks Wells right hand and she mediated the situation and made it right for ALL parties concerned. Now selling properties, I would NOT consider anyone else to handle the sales. She is a hands on broker and is on top of every listing, sale etc coming into her office.
