Usually had a response or answer immediately, but if he didn't he would get back to us very quickly with the information we needed. We had a few bumps due to builder issues but basically, the transaction went rather smoothly and quickly. He recommended a great home inspector which made us feel more comfortable with our purchase. We would recommend John and Century 21 to anyone wanting to purchase real estate.
