John helped my husband and me find a lake house in 2017, and he kept in touch after that. I watched my son have a poor relationship with his realtor, last year. When I was ready to move into town, I shared that experience with John, and told him that good communication was most important to me. He heard me, and kept me informed every step of the house search, selection & negotiation process. If I didn't hear from him, there was nothing to report. I value John's expertise, professionalism, and integrity. I know he was invested in finding me the right home, as if I was his own family.

Immediately after the inspection of my new home, John had his own people estimate everything we were going to ask the seller to take care of. The seller's realtor did not do this work, so when we negotiated the repairs, we had the facts in hand, and were able to secure twice what the seller offered. No detail was too small for John to take care of.

I will gladly recommend John to anyone who is looking to buy and/or sell a home or property. Between his first hand knowledge and his intuition, John is an excellent realtor. One particular attribute is that John is a Christian. He does business as he lives life-looking for opportunities to be of service to others, caring about all parties in the deal (whether they are agreeable or not), and is both honest & forthright.

John Grubb helped us sell our home this past year. Since no one in the family was local, it would have been impossible for this sale to take place without his hard work. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He took care of everything we needed and kept us updated at all times. He gave us assistance whenever it was required, but always listened and honored our requests. I cannot recommend his services highly enough. We are eternally grateful to him for all he has done for us.

John Grubb was always available when we had a question or concern. Usually had a response or answer immediately, but if he didn't he would get back to us very quickly with the information we needed. We had a few bumps due to builder issues but basically, the transaction went rather smoothly and quickly. He recommended a great home inspector which made us feel more comfortable with our purchase. We would recommend John and Century 21 to anyone wanting to purchase real estate.
