John Karrigan was able to make his schedule work with mine when we had to meet in person as well looking at houses. John would go out of his way to meet with me if he needed a paper signed by me that could not be done online. Sometimes he would come to me instead of always having to drive to his office in Madison. John was available through call, text, or email which was awesome for when I had just a simple question that he could answer when he had time. John Karrigan is very easy to talk to and is willing to answer any questions you have no matter the question. He cares about you as a person and makes sure that you find a house you will enjoy for a long time. He tells you exactly what you need to do next in the process and makes sure that you know what is going on through the whole process. While going through walkthroughs John knew just what to look for and would explain to me why something was a good or bad deal. John Karrigan helped me find the perfect house for me at a good price. He knew about the house I found before others did and he did all that he could to make sure that I got it over anyone else. John is very friendly and a guy I wouldn't mind meeting up with outside of business hours, he is friendly and cares about his clients.

I have nothing but good things to say about John. My daughter who lives in Los Angeles worked very closely with me to sell the house. She was also in touch with John through e-mail. She told me that when she contacted him about an issue he was right back in touch with her. She is tougher than I am in judging the performance, and when she says he was excellent, he was excellent; My initial contact with John was very important. My first impression was that he knew his business and that he cared about me. I did not sense that he did not care about my needs. He was friendly and I really liked that he came prepared with information. I interviewed another company and their representative could not compare to John. Thoughout our dealings he kept in touch with me and my daughter answering questions every step of the way.

John was a fantastic partner to us in searching for this condo. Without his deep expertise of the local dynamics and his infinite patience in this tough market, we would not have achieved the great outcome that we did.

John Karrigan was awesome. Everything went very smoothly. He clearly knew the area and once he met with us and our daughter, he knew what we wanted and chose places accordingly. He went above and beyond in helping us not only find a place, but once our offer was accepted he helped us find a painter, carpet place, and furniture places as we live 2 hours away and are not familiar with anything in the area.
