John is an excellent communicator, unusually responsive and very knowledgeable about how best to market and sell a property. He was so easy ( and delightful) to work with, even though our property had some challenges (flood zone), he worked very hard to advertise the property, kept our spirits up and closed a good deal for us expertly. we trusted John completely, from the beginning to the end of the process. I would recommend John to anyone looking for a professional, responsive and very trustworthy real estate agent! John's assistant, Jordan, was awesome to work with. He was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable about any and every question we had. We decided to sell our house last minute before moving and John had our house toured and pending within 8 hours of listing it. We highly recommend him to anyone and everyone that is looking to buy or sell their house.

Seller reviewI initially located John through a home sale website when moving to North Carolina. Due to COVID-19 and my work requirements, I could not view properties in person which nearly dissuaded me from buying as I was tempted to rent. John was available by phone, text, and email even at odd hours. John did a virtual tour of my home in my absence, and the buying was seamless. When it came time to list my property after being relocated for work once again, I only wanted to work with John because I appreciated his previous work, and I trusted John to work as hard to sell. I utilized John twice and referred him to close friends who were buying and selling. If I return to the area, I will seek out John's guidance to purchase another property.
