John made the process very quick and streamline even though I'm a difficult customer. He turned every stone looking for just the right place for me and I dont regret it. When you're from out of town, out of the area, the real estate agent is likely the first person you'll establish a relationship with. Very likely, you'll rely on that agent for recommendations on local restaurants, local contractors, an understanding of local codes, climate fluctuations, whatever. A whole array of things your familiar with from where you're coming from will likely come out in your conversations with your real estate agent. Though it may seem trivial, it's important that your agent understands this about you. John is a natural in this regard. He has a friendly demeanor but is very knowledgeable in all those other things that puts you at ease. In addition, I found him to take that extra effort by following up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. You know you're in good hands with John Newton as your agent.
