Buyer reviewJohn was extremely informative on the home buying process while buying my first home. Over the time I have known him he has helped numerous friends also purchase homes and that is why I went back to him for my second home purchase. He is always very communicative on the process and knows all the ins and outs. If your buying a home for the first time or the 100th time, John is the best around.

Even our family members were sharing the marketing information with friends and co-workers across the state. John Newton made the exchange of contracts and other paperwork super simple with online signing options. After we chose one, he was quick to ensure we put in a competitive offer and once we had secured the property, worked quickly and diligently to ensure everything was taken care of for us to close. During closing, he did a fabulous job negotiating the contract and finalizing the sale. He continues to be outstanding in his field by taking care of the property until we are able to get into town and finally move in.
