Seller reviewWe first met John nearly a year ago after an unpleasant experience with another realtor from a different agency. We were house hunting in a market that was quickly becoming a "sellers market" and Covid lockdown was just beginning. John was exactly what we needed at that moment in time as he immediately gained our confidence to work in our best interest and to make our wants and needs come true. Over the course of many months, he patiently showed us homes for sale as well as arranged meetings with builders to discuss custom builds in an effort to get us exactly what we wanted. His exhaustive efforts ended in finding us our new home and we were able to make the deal. After we moved into our new home, John was able to sell our old one in a very short time at a price that we are extremely happy with. We are completely satisfied customers and will use his services for any future needs without reservation.

I was recommended by a prior agent because I was moving out of the area into Jacksonville. John immediately hit me up and asked me what I was looking for. He did not force any houses on me knowing my current situation. Two houses meet my criteria and one didn't happen due to seller disagreement. Right when I was about to give up, another fell on his lap. He immediately knew it was perfect for me and showed me the house via FaceTime. The whole transaction process was absolutely amazing!!!
