John is an excellent communicator, unusually responsive and very knowledgeable about how best to market and sell a property. He was so easy ( and delightful) to work with, even though our property had some challenges (flood zone), he worked very hard to advertise the property, kept our spirits up and closed a good deal for us expertly. we trusted John completely, from the beginning to the end of the process. He was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable about any and every question we had.
