Seller reviewI initially located John through a home sale website when moving to North Carolina. Due to COVID-19 and my work requirements, I could not view properties in person which nearly dissuaded me from buying as I was tempted to rent. John was available by phone, text, and email even at odd hours. John did a virtual tour of my home in my absence, and the buying was seamless. When it came time to list my property after being relocated for work once again, I only wanted to work with John because I appreciated his previous work, and I trusted John to work as hard to sell. I utilized John twice and referred him to close friends who were buying and selling. If I return to the area, I will seek out John's guidance to purchase another property.

However John was always calm and professional and assured us everything would go smoothly. He was very attentive and understanding of our conserns throughout different phases of the process and walked us through all of them.
