The purchaser had a friend in the Allentown PA area and wanted him to be the broker in Nanticoke, PA. Purchaser's friend referred purchaser to the local office and John met with the purchaser and was going to represent him. I was not at that point as to think about being represented but since John was working for the purchaser and I knew John from the past, it was fine by me. On top of that he stated the sales commission would only be 3% vs others that I have seen in the past. I thought that was a great deal. John turned out to be fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Many times, he had gone out of his way to accommodate my wife and I. I would highly recommend John for his professionalism and going above and beyond the call to satisfy and work with us. Great person to work with. I would have no problem contacting John for a future sale of a rental property. I was remodeling the property and the purchaser's mother-in-law, Pam, lived down the street. She toured the home in February 2020 when we first started demolition of the interior. We needed to gut the entire structure and install new windows, insulation, new wiring, walls, outlets, smoke alarms, flooring etc. Pam viewed the house regularly and explained her son-in-law circumstance. I was not even close to finishing until September 2020 at the earliest but promised her I would hold off advertising the house until viewed by her daughter and son-in-law. I gave them first preference to accept my request and it all worked out to everyone's satisfaction.
