Buyer reviewUnbeknown to me, before I met John Polifka as an agent, we both served as firefighters for decades. That's all you need to know because firefighters help people and that's what he does as an agent. I'm a pain in the ass, I'm a worrier, I like to know what's going on at all times, I hadn't bought a house in over 30 years so I had way too many questions. I didn't know about inspections, septic, wells and on an on. That didn't matter because John was there 24/7 and always helpful. He literally had an answer for every question I came up with. If he didn't answer the phone when I called he always called back in a very short amount of time. His support from beginning to end was absolutely incredible and while I hope I won't need to buy another house, I already know where I'm going if I do. You couldn't ask for a better agent. Period.

We had a really situation at my hands and struggling where we were living due to uncertain circumstances. John pulled so much leg work for my family and getting us into this beautiful home . I can't thank him enough for everything he did. I will never use another realtor and already referred him to my friends looking for a house . Thank you for everything you did .
