Buyer reviewHe unserstood what i was looking for in a property. I orginionally wanted an investment propery as a 1 or 2 unit only. He was understanding of my concers with some of the propertoes shown and was patient with me until he found the best property for my needs and budget. He waa excellent through the entire process. He was given a price point and excelled our expectations in obtaining the property at a lower price than anticipated. He was excellent in knowing the legal aspects of the contract at time of closing ensuring to meet our needs and expectations. We have been working with john for over 1 yr waiting for the best property for us within the limited local realestate market. He has been patient and understanding with us through the entire process. We never felt pressured to commit to something that wasn't exactly what we wanted. John has been a wonderful realestate agent.
