John took all of our needs into consideration when recommending properties. John was very helpful and always made time for us, especially considering that I work night shift and was often unavailable during the day. John answered all our questions and addressed all of our concerns quickly, which made us feel at ease when looking to purchase our first home. Seller reviewAs I told John face to face, in my experience with him he has been Accessible, Responsive, Informative and above all Most Professional. My dealings with John started about April 2019, when I called him for a "feel out the market meeting ". I reached out to him several times thereafter with various questions I had. We met again to discuss what I needed to do to make my house more marketable. Around the end of October 2019 we signed a contract and 6 days later we had a buyer. The closing was just held on Dec 13, 2019. John was always available to keep me informed of the goings on right up til closing and even hand delivered my proceeds check, as I did not attend the closing. Needless to say he has my highest recommendation.

John is highly knowledgeable about the area and is honest and realistic about what it will take to sell your home. John helped to make this process as easy as possible considering I no longer live locally, and there were tenants in the unit during the listing and showing process. John made the whole experience simple for me, as he worked with my tenants to ensure that the unit was available for showings. John is very responsive and promptly follows up on all communications, regardless of the medium (email, text, phone). When you choose John Pordon, you get the whole package.

John was the ONLY agent that was respectful while reaching out to us. He simply stated that he was interested in helping us achieve our goal; no pressure, no nonsense, no big attitude. Just said, if you decide to list, please keep him in mind, and we did just that! When we were really serious about selling our house and knew that we could not handle the project anymore, I said to my husband, I know who we are going to call.
