He was personable, knowledgeable and willing to help where others couldn't seem to be bothered. Our house requirements changed over the course of searching. Whenever we let John know of the change, he quickly adjusted our search and we were off looking at the new houses within a matter of days. We are now in our own home and couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend!

Seller reviewAt a time in my life when selling a home ( at a bad market time) was the last thing I had time for - John Pordon came in and quickly and effortlessly began the process. He told us of the going market price and the lengthy time it took for houses to sell at that time - so the time it took and the eventual selling price were not a surprise. He worked diligently on our behalf and sold a house at a time where the release of that obligation, was a great gift! John was always keeping us in the loop and offered assistance throughout the whole process. My husband was in the hospital, very ill, and John brought about a closing that was quick and efficient, with no surprise endings ( or costs)- John Pordon was a blessing.
