Hi, and thanks for getting to know me! I am a REALTOR®, Executive Broker, and Commercial Real Estate Photographer working in the Ozarks area for many years. I am licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both Arkansas and Missouri. My career is backed by an extensive business marketing background that dates to the 1970s. Here in the Ozarks, I founded and led The Ozarks Team Realtors, which became the leading real estate team in Arkansas for several years. Over the years, I have helped hundreds of satisfied clients sell their homes and hundreds more find their dream homes. Buyer reviewWe have known Heather since our little girl was seven weeks old. She was the teacher at Creative Academy. I was a first time mom leaving her child in the care of strangers. Heather put me at ease then and I knew she would put me at ease now. She has a wonderful calming presence. Heather made everything so easy! We were skeptical about signing online at first and she brought the documents to my husband and myself and reassured us that the online signing was very safe. Heather was very attentive and responsive. I could message her by email or text and within no time I would have an answer. She took everything we wanted in our new home very seriously and found us several perfect locations. The home we decided on had only been on the market for 15 minutes when she emailed me the information on our perfect home! We saw it the very next day as soon as we could and went back to Heather's office and put in an offer. I would like to make note that the day we went to look at the house and then put in an offer was a Saturday. Heather spent her Saturday helping us find our perfect home. Saturdays in our home are for family and she spent it with us. That not only shows dedication but love. Our experience with Century21 LeMac and Heather Hendricks was perfect. I never felt pressured or rushed. When Heather thought she had found us a home and I found things I didn't like about it, she just made note of it and made sure the next home didn't have that feature. She took what I thought would be a stressful and tense time and made it relaxing and fun!

Seller reviewHeather Hendricks is absolutely amazing! I was terrified about the amount of time it would take to sell our home because the previous owners had it on the market for over a year. Heather reassured me with the market right now it would only be a month or two. She gave us lots of easy tips on how to prepare our house before going on the market. She would always check on us throughout the week to see how we were doing and if we had any questions. Heather always kept things simple and easy to understand. She always made me feel very valued and never like I was bothering her. It was always a pleasure to see her name pop up on my phone or email. The house wasn't even on the market yet and Heather sold it! She had three people lined up to look at the house and sold it in a wink! It was insanely easy! Heather came over to our house to have us sign the paperwork to put the house on the market and the very next day she sold it! Heather is wonderful! I could message her by text or email and within minutes she responds back. One time she called me just to make sure I had received the email. She is very goal oriented and gets the job done right. But she keeps everything personal too. I never felt like just another customer or upcoming paycheck. Heather really cares. I will always recommend Heather to everyone! My family is in shock that our house sold in one day and wasn't even up on the website yet. My family was so impressed that my sister put her house up for sale and sold it before she had anywhere else to go.
