I am licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both Arkansas and Missouri. My career is backed by an extensive business marketing background that dates to the 1970s. Here in the Ozarks, I founded and led The Ozarks Team Realtors, which became the leading real estate team in Arkansas for several years. Marcia not only sent us listings of our desired properties she did personalized video tours, called us the day some properties would come on the market, Gave us a detailed information on the properties we were interested in and gave us information on the areas. If she didn't know the answer she would find out. After our offer was excepted she was with us every step of the way until it closed. The communication was great and always pleasant. She even went to a utility company for us after the close to help us out .Marcia went above and beyond for us and We would recommend her and her Broker, John Schaub 100% After speaking with Marcia over the phone my husband and I decided to go with her and C- 21 ale Mac. We made a great decision. We flew in from California to the office there in Mountainhome Arkansas. The office staff were happy,polite, offered us drinks and made us feel comfortable.

She handled the long-distance purchase electronically which made the paperwork very easy for us. She drove two hours, one-way, to go through the house for us and make sure inspections were done and she was at the house when we flew in from out of state to see it for the first time. Tracy was also at the closing and signing to make sure everything went well for us. She took care of us from start to finish and we highly recommend her.
