As always he was himself, realistic, straight shooter direct, all things we have in common. I enjoy being able to ask questions and getting real answers when it comes to everything, he was great in selling my home as well as purchasing my new home, I would never use anyone else!!!!

Buyer reviewMy home buying situation was different than most because I did not live in Chico, but wanted to buy a home and move to Chico. John worked around my trips to Chico to show me homes as well as working with my family members in my absence. John and I had spend more time on the phone and e-m ails as necessary, so communication was excellent between us. John found the right house for me and assisted with inspections as needed. John was very professional in the entire transaction. I would recommend him to anyone.
