We went through a very frustrating escrow that fell through and kept going until I found my perfect house 5 months after starting the search. His patience and support was invaluable.

Buyer reviewTo whom it may concern, This is the second property I have acquired in the Chico area through John in the past 18 months. 1st one was a primary residence. This one was an income property. He is HIGHLY knowledgeable in the difference! I also trusted him in finding me a listing agent for 2 properties in the Grass Valley area. This a veteran agent with decades of experience to draw upon. I have learned to trust his word whole hartedly. I would recommend him to anyone, and damn near insist my family use him exclusively after my experiences. He is able to address petty concerns, as well as research (in depth) any more pressing concerns. I have never felt so comfortable working with an agent. I have been doing properties since 1988. If you are near Chico, and tired of the regular "run around", this is your agent. Frankly, I wouldn't have considered a second property in Chico if he wasn't available. Simply an amazing agent, and a respectful, respectable family man. Thanks John!

We had a very messy deal due to my mother-in-law's situation on the property but it did happen and he was patient and responsive during this process. I would not have chosen anybody else and I'm so glad John Wallace was recommended.
