He goes well above and beyond to get to know his clients and their preferences and does not try to influence their preferences or coerce them into undesired property attributes. I have several long time friends who are in the real estate business, but I chose to work with Jon again because he deals with my straight-forward, no-nonsense attitude graciously. The only time he has ever questioned my wishes or decisions has been when he believed the outcome possibly detrimental. He will be my go to guy as long as I am buying and he is selling!
