Once we found "the right one" it all happened so fast. He got a great deal and very fair negotiation in my opinion. Others I know told me how it took them almost a year and multiple offers and conteacts fallen through until thwy got their home they "settled" for. I tell them how we made 1 offer on 1 house well below market value and got it closed in 30 days, people are in disbelief we had such a smooth time.
