Seller reviewAbout 2 and a half years ago I used another realtor to market my house and with them I never recieved any offers. My girlfriend and I heard good things about Jon and we used him to sell her house about 5 months ago. She had an offer and accepted it within 5 days of the house being on the market! Two months later I had my house fixed up and ready to sell. We did overprice my house a bit and had to drop the price, but shortly after that an offer came in and I accepted! I was happy with the way Jon handled things and got my house sold. Thank you, Jon!

Seller reviewCaitlin Bandaras and Jon Salvador did an excellent job in the sale of our home. Our only issue was the very short or no notice on when the buyers wanted something or wanted to visit. An example of this was we working on getting everything out the day before closing. We were not informed that the buyers were doing a final walk through while we were still moving the last of our stuff.
