There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Burlington real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first . This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Buyer reviewJon was the listing agent of the property my wife and I were interested in. The realtor we were using was unavailable for when we wanted to see the home. We reached out to Jon for a showing and loved the home. We were so impressed by his knowledge of the process and how he showed the home that we decided to move forward with Jon representing us in the deal as well. Jon proved to be trustworthy throughout the process and we believe he was looking out for our well-being also. His communication was excellent and kept us informed. My wife and I would highly recommend Jon as your realtor or even representing you in a dual agency deal.

Buyer reviewWe met Jon at a residence where we were supposed to meet another agent given by an internet website. Our agent didn't show, and Jon was there getting ready for one of his clients that hadn't shown yet. Not only did he handle meeting us and introducing himself and share his contact info, he did not detract from the experience that his other client deserved. Later that evening Jon called me back to discuss what we were looking for in a home and took the time to drive out to meet with me and my wife at our home to really understand what we were trying to accomplish. He was able to accurately, and very quickly and transparently, deliver on every promise and provide very useful insight into the entire process giving our family a much appreciated ease to both buy and sell while having rather full schedules. I would absolutely recommend and utilize his services again for any future opportunities that may arise.
