We would refer Jonathan to our friends and family with confidence that they would be as impressed as us. We really wanted someone that would put us first, and really listen to our needs. From the first meeting with Jonathan we felt confident that he was the right person for the job. Jonathan exceeded our expectations in handling all of the paperwork, inspections, and communication with Seller. Jonathan paid attention to our budget and what we could afford, and helped up to locate the best house for the price. Jonathan made sure our deposit was protected in case we were unable to close.
