Buyer reviewWorking with Jonathan Perrea was such a positive experience, even though the overall process itself was frustrating at times. What we thought was a straightforward listing turned out to be a CH11 bankruptcy sale that required court approval, something the listing agent failed to disclose until after the first escrow close date. Despite the lack of communication from the sellers agent, Jonathan adapted quickly, learned the ins and outs of the process, and guided us through every step. What stood out most was his patience and his availability. Anytime we had a question or just needed reassurance, he was there. Having him in our corner made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Thanks to his persistence and dedication, we are now starting a new chapter in our forever home. For anyone considering buying in a complex situation like this, know that Jonathan has firsthand experience and will stick with you through it all. If he can handle this, he can definitely handle anything!

We are very satisfied and grateful for all their help . They really facilitated the process and the agent that was helping us was ALWAYS available . Every time I called he picked up . They understood our needs and guided us in the right way as this was the first time we were getting a home . Overall VERY SATISFIED and I give them 5 stars .

Seller reviewWhat can I say about Jonathan! I love this guy! He worked his heart out for me on this one from not knowing what was going to happen day to day! From transients stealing his loc boxes and signs and smashing windows and having to rekey to ceilings falling in!!! So bad we had to alarm the entire house! He just took it all in stride and kept on selling my house!! We agreed this sale was one of a kind and i guarantee he'll NEVER sell another UNDERGROUND HOME!! I cannot say enough for his steadfast work ethics and perseverance in doing whatever he could to sell my property. I now live in another state and was unable to help with anything...he handled EVERYTHING time after time and never once let me worry about anything.. Oh and I haven't mentioned this is my 4 TH HOME he has sold for me!!! Great guy and am kinda sad I don't have anything more for him to sell...but I know I have a freind for life...

Seller reviewThis is the second time I have worked with Jonathan to sell a house and both times have been fantastic. I moved to another state but needed to sell my home in California, and even though I wasn't there in person everything was seamless. His communication is impeccable and he was always timely in his updates. He negotiated very well with the buyers agent and really stood up for me as a seller. I am so grateful for his expertise and would work with him again in a heartbeat!

Seller reviewJonathan Perez was excellent in every way. He helped us when we went to Texas to check out houses. We didn't have a pre-approval letter, but with his help, we got to see several houses, including the one we bought, from Century 21, Agent Shelley Richey. He was in constant contact with Shelley, our financing company, while selling our house in California. Whenever we had a question, Jonathan responded right away, or within minutes. He was also in contact with both Escrow companies, which helped tremendously! Even with all the stress, all parties endured, he held his composure, stayed focused, and helped the process through until the end! What a PROFESSIONAL!! OUR TEAM, which includes Jonathan, (team leader), California escrow company, Shelley (co-leader), Cross Timbers escrow, MiMitual finance, and us, (sellers/buyers), made a terrific team, even through the MIGHTY stressful times! I don't have any respect for Daisy Zavala, or the buyer of our house. They degraded everything,
