Seller reviewI wanted a broker with high energy, knowledge, a strong company behind them, and Jonathan Perea had it. Jonathan had the Yard sign up early showing coming soon. This brought in perspective buyers early and my home had multiple offers after the first few days it was on the market. My home was SOLD by Jonathan Perea the very first weekend it showed. I believe all of his hard work in promoting my home was a BIG plus in why it went so fast. He was even able to get me over the asking price. Everyone I met at Century 21 King was very professional and friendly. Jonathan Perea was always available for questions even after business hours. He always got back to me in a timely manner. It couldn't of gone any smoother. Everything was done quickly and with little interruption to my everyday life. I highly recommend anyone looking to sell their home to contact Jonathan Perea he was an excellent Realtor to work with.
