I was looking for a home to accommodate me, my son, and his wife comfortably, but I still wanted my privacy. I reached out to Jonathan and told him what I was interested in. He then started collecting information to ensure I would get EXACTLY what I wanted. We eventually found a house that was a perfect match, but it seemed a bit out of budget. That's when Jonathan began to go above and beyond. I wasn't sure how a lot of this worked, but Jonathan assured me that this was possible and that he would get the price to where we wanted it. So he put in an offer, and with the grace of God, they accepted it. There were stipulations to it. It was a contingent sale, and we had to have our old house sold within 17 days. Jonathan did more research and saw that there were quite a few houses in our old area that had been on the market for over a month and had price cuts. With that information, he made the listing and set it at a price that would grab a lot of attention. And it did. I lost count of how many showings there were, and we got a GREAT offer on the third day it was listed. From there, it was a pretty straightforward process with all the documents. When I got confused, I would reach out to Jonathan, and he would pick me up right away and help answer all my questions. Overall Jonathan did a phenomenal job! He was transparent, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable, and he seemed to have never stopped working until all needs were met.
