First off, We don't really have words to describe how fantastic Jonathan is. We have been working with Jonathan for over a year to find our picture perfect home. He was always on top of it. Know what we wanted and that one perfect area we was looking in. He had also recommended us other similar places to give us an eye opener to the world of house hunting. Jonathan was more like family then an agent. When it come to closing Jonathan made sure our transactions went through smoothly. Everything was done clean and clear. Our experience in working with Johnathan Perea by far exceeded our expectations. From day one, he demonstrated great professionalism and was very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. Came with the best presentation and sold us on how he was going to market and list the home. Overall he worked like a team member and kept us up to date every step of the way. He had to constantly fight with the buyers agent Chris Stanford with Reality one Group empire as she had 60 days to close on the property but failed to follow the contract dates. She was late on home inspection, appraisal and closing, costing us thousands of dollars and not even an apology. I will be filling a complaint against her and her office and will not recommend them to anyone. Jonathan was always professional but firm on the buyers agent but still got no assistance from them. I thank him for his dedicated work

My husband and worked with Jonathan and JC for 2 months. We had previously worked with another realtor and her husband. They didn't put our interest at hand and we felt that they had us on the sidelines. They werent clear and left us with more questions.Fast forward to working with Jonathan, instantly we felt that our priorities were his as well. He definitely put us first and gave us so much information on the homes we would view and the type of loan we had. He treated us like family and never did we feel that we couldn't reach out to him, no matter the time. Jonathan and JC were optimistic and fun to talk to too. I give him 10 out of 5 stars!! Well over and beyond our expectations!!

I really enjoyed working with Jonathan on the sale of my property. This was difficult decision for me after my Bonnie passed away.
