Jonathan was the best. I would recommend him to any family or friend in need of real estate services. He is first and foremost kind and professional. He was honest with us about the sale amount of our home. He was patient and gentle in advising what needed to be done to stage our home for showings. He was professional and followed all COVID protocols to keep my family safe while showing our home. Jonathan responded to all our questions via email, text or call within minutes. He even responded when he was on vacation. Jonathan used an amazing photographer to take photos of our home for advertising. He helped make the moving process SO much easier plus sold our home for more than asking price.

We first had our home listed with another broker. The previous broker and agent underpriced our home and was not protecting our equity position. They wanted us to take a low ball offer, which we did feel confortable taking. We then canceled our listing contract with them and re-listed our home with Jonathan Perea at Century 21 King. Jonathan Perea was recommended to us by our daughter. When we met Jonathan, he was polite, professional and we know we felt we were in good hands from the start. His overall marketing plan was amazing, from virtual tours, professional photography, drone, and video. In my opinion by Jonathan marketing plan delivered over the top results. He negotiated the perfect results when also buying our replacement home. We are so happy to work with Jonathan to help us sell and buy at the same time. He made the process absolutely stress free. I will definitely use Jonathan again and will refer him to friends as family.
