We are really glad we chose to work with Jonathan. The home buying process is extremely overwhelming for us first time buyers and Jonathan gave us the knowledge and ease we needed to find our home. He always made himself available for us whether it was to tour a home or answer our questions. I can't rave enough on how prepared he was with information on each property we toured and how quickly he'd find answers to the hundreds of questions we'd have. My "Get It Done" Agent!! What can I say? This is the 3rd property Jonathan has sold for me in the past several years! He has taken care of EVERYTHING from scheduling a top notch cleaning crew to photography and EVEN installing the smoke and gas detectors himself in my last home! He answers any and all concerns or questions promptly and if he dosent have the answer finds out promptly and responds ... My last property sold was handled wonderfully considering I live in another state and there were some details to deal with regarding that. It was handled flawlessly and smoothly and I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, diligence to details and professionalism! I would definitely use him again! Oh!! Wait...I DO HAVE ANOTHER HOUSE listed with him!!!
