If buying a home wasn't a stressful endeavor already, the current market has accelerated both the highs and the lows of searching for a home. In this current sellers' market, you need Jonathan Perea to keep your eye on the prize with his sped fast communication, tough negotiating, and killer instinct when time to close. There is nobody more equipped to make your home buying experience a successful one. On January 5th, 2021 we closed escrow on our first home. We couldn't have done so without Jonathan's guidance. Take it from a person who came into this process with the mentality that a realtor is just a realtor. You would be doing a disservice to yourself and your family by going with anybody other than Jonathan. We will be exclusively using Jonathan Perea in any and all of our future home buying/selling ventures, as well as referring him to anyone with realtor needs.

This property was in bad condition. I knew if anyone could get this sale done Jonathan could. It was a very smooth sale. Jonathan did a great job keeping in touch and guiding us through this sale.
