Buyer review

Our main reason for selecting Joey was trust and comfortability. I never doubted that Joey didn't have our best interest at heart and I trusted him completely. One great reason we chose him is his knowledge about construction. When walking into a house that wasn't necessarily the prettiest, he had a vision for it. He can see beyond what a house looks like and explain the potential, which is really important! He was a shark! In a good way! He got the price of our house down another 7 grand because of some delays on the sellers part. He made sure that since we, as buyers, were inconvenienced, that the sellers paid for it! Joey is great Realtor. He was never afraid to make a phone call or contact us with any news. He would actually follow up with us before I even had a chance too!
