We can't say enough about Joe! We texted/called Joe early in the morning, late at night, it didn't matter-- he took every call and message we had! He was able to answer every question we had, walked us through the offer process, made us feel comfortable offering on houses, supported us when we didn't get our initial offers,and he was very knowledgeable about things that would have been major financial hardships for us such as electrical issues, structural issues, etc. He even fell through a pool cover while taking us through a house, and didn't miss a beat when talking about it. He kept on going! Joe was awesome! He found us our dream home after seeing close to 70 homes! We couldn't be more thankful or appreciative of everything he did for us! We would recommend him 100000 times over to friends and family because we know they are in good hands!
