A very polite and kind person, helping us with a lot of time and dedication to get the house that we were looking for in Mechanicsburg. My wife was pregnant, in her last trimester through the search and it so happened that the closing our home fell right after 2 weeks with the birth of our son. Joe, not only made sure the appointment timings for looking at houses was convenient for her but once decided on the house made it so easy on us through the negotiation and inspections, taking care of every detail. He also helped to get the personnel from the title office to our place to get the papers signed for closing - to make it easy on my wife.
