Joe Washburn had a calming affect when things were becoming difficult with the inspection process and the buyers, in trying to satisfy their wants. He remained vigil and kept us in the loop at all times. While the following may not directly affect his skills as a sale agent, Joe is a nice human being and I believe an enhancement to whatever anyone does for a living.
