I love working with both buyers and sellers and have over a decade of experience in doing so. I am a Wife, Mom and a full time Realtor and I specialize in residential real estate. I have been a resident of Buffalo for over 10 years and have had the privilege of helping hundreds of my area's families find their WyHoming! Seller reviewIt was a very difficult decision for my mother and our family to sell her home as it had been in our family for five generations. We wanted someone who could be compassionate to the many emotions surrounding the sale of the home. Beyond the fact we were dealing with a sale from 900 miles away. All the above definitely describes Judi and our positive experience with her in selling our home. She is a very kind and compassionate person and truly cares about her client beyond the sale of the home. She was professional at all times. Buyer reviewIn 2016, we found Judi Holmes on the internet, liked her reviews and contacted her to help us sell my dad's house in Buffalo, Wyoming. It was a pleasure working with her then and when we decided to move to Buffalo after retirement, we naturally contacted her to help us find a house. The experience was as fun and successful as it was when we previously worked with her. She is knowledgeable, personable and dedicated to her work. We found it difficult being in another state and dealt with the frustrations of finding a house we liked but were not available to see it as soon as it came on the market, because of the distance. But, Judi kept us informed and worked with us and was available to spend hours with us when we were able to be in town, looking for our house. Plus, she knew what we were looking for and our price range and always contacted us when a property was listed that she thought we might be interested in. Because of that, the process of looking, buying and closing was seamless. And, through the process we not only had the best agent possible but gained a friend. Thank you, Judi, for all you have done.
