Judi Holmes was the best realtor we've ever dealt with. Besides having the perfect realtor's name, she went above and beyond as our realtor. When the previous owners left tree and fence debris at the property Judi, at her own cost, and on the very next day arranged to have it removed! She also got things done immediately such as setting up contractors to get us quotes and responding to us all all hours of the day and night.

In 2016, we found Judi Holmes on the internet, liked her reviews and contacted her to help us sell my dad's house in Buffalo, Wyoming. It was a pleasure working with her then and when we decided to move to Buffalo after retirement, we naturally contacted her to help us find a house. The experience was as fun and successful as it was when we previously worked with her. She is knowledgeable, personable and dedicated to her work. We found it difficult being in another state and dealt with the frustrations of finding a house we liked but were not available to see it as soon as it came on the market, because of the distance. But, Judi kept us informed and worked with us and was available to spend hours with us when we were able to be in town, looking for our house. Plus, she knew what we were looking for and our price range and always contacted us when a property was listed that she thought we might be interested in. Because of that, the process of looking, buying and closing was seamless. And, through the process we not only had the best agent possible but gained a friend. Thank you, Judi, for all you have done. We had an overall great experience buying the home. The inspection revealed problems which were taken care of by the other party so it closed on schedule.
Judi was able to resolve other problems we had with the refrigerator and dishwasher after we started to move in by contacting the appliance repairman to address this. This was greatly appreciated since this should have been taken care of by the seller. The seller disclosed a problem with the dishwasher after receiving the distribution at closing.
Seems odd that the seller would not address this before closing but thanks to
Judi's efforts we were able to continue to move in without much delay!

She helped us find the perfect home and helped us get everything rolling for us to get in before we are even close to the baby coming. Our loan officials were horrible with communicating with me but Judi would call the with any and all questions I had. She always got answers and kept the process as stress free as possible. She was so amazing with keeping us updated on the whole process as well as patient with my one million questions even the ones that didn't seem to important. I would recommend her over and over to any and everyone looking to buy a new home. She had no problem meeting us late afternoons and work with my husbands crazy work hours. She also was so friendly with my little kiddos that we took with us most of the time to anything we had going on. We had multiple last minute times that we wanted to go look at the house and if she couldn't be there she would make sure her assistant could meet us. It was such a amazing process.
