Our experience wasn't the best - but that was in no part due to Judie. The other parties presented us with many challenges. But Judie let us know the whole time, even after she had been paid her commission, that she was there for us and would put in as much time as we needed to ensure she did everything she could to make our experience the best it could be. Judie was incredible. You hear a lot of companies state that they treat you like family, but this was the first time i really felt like that was the case. She was in constant contact with us through the sale of our house and purchase of the new one. We purchased a log cabin and it made for an extremely challenging closing. Judie was on top of everything the entire time even we when couldn't keep things straight, she would resend stuff an never got annoyed with repeat questions. She understands that even though she does this all the time, her clients don't. We had issues with the purchase of our new house and even with getting the seller out after we closed a week prior. Even after Judie received her commission, she was still just as helpful all the way through our move in the next week. The sellers realtor did not show this same level of professionalism. I can't say enough good things about how Judie took care of us. If we ever sell/purchase a home again, I will find Judie and make sure we use her. She is a gem and really made Century 21 shine! Judie was on top of the sale the entire time. She advised of us how to do things that definitely saved us pain in the future. i just can't say enough wonderful things to describe how Judie took care of us, and it was like she was protecting her children. She really looked out for our best intentions, even when we didn't know what those were.

We knew we could trust Judie in all matters of selling and buying our house. She was always quick to answer our questions or find the answers if she didn't know. I knew she cared about our family and wanted only the best for us. Judie payed attention to the little details we didn't think of which helped us sell our home. She knew our wish to move before school and she helped make it happen. Having her pray with us and for us throughout the process was confirmation she was the perfect realtor for us. Judie worked around our crazy family schedule. She planned several open houses and gave my kids gifts....all greatly appreciated!

Judie was very aggressive with advertising our property on a multitude of social media sites, which enabled our house to be view by many and receive multiple offers in the first few days of listing! Get sales tactic!
