Seller reviewWe used Judie Burnham to sell an investment property in Arlington, TX that we wanted off our books. We met with her at the property. She was able to provide us with lots of feedback regarding the comps and listings in the areas. She gave us great tips on how to stage the house and took amazing pictures of the home. When I saw the listing, I was so pleased. She really did a fantastic job of showing it's best features. Well, the house went into contract the first day it was on the market. Whoa! From the time it went into contract to the closing, Judie walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
